This allows us to offer a consistent supply of premium groundfish harvested in Alaskan waters to fulfill the demand in the US as well as exports to our International customers. Alaskan Cod

Found in the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea, Alaskan Cod is certified as a sustainable and responsibly harvested seafood by the Marine Stewardship Council. We have relationships with leading fishing boats in this region from who we gain access to a large volume of this premium and popular species of fish.

    Black Cod

    Alaska boasts the largest Black Cod population in the world, thanks to the state's tight regulations. Alaska Black Cod is prized for its rich succulent flavor and often known as Sablefish due to the soft, delicate texture. Its high oil content results in a wonderful flavor and it is rich in heart-healthy Omega-3 aiding in its popularity with chefs and consumers alike.

    Alaska Sole is prized as a healthy lean whitefish for its delicate, mild flavor and tender texture. There are several species of flatfish commonly called flounder. Sole is harvested from Alaska's Bering Sea, the Gulf of Alaska and Southeast Alaska.
